Shipping & Privacy

Is your shipping packaging discreet?

Yes, absolutely. We prioritize your safety and privacy. All orders are shipped in completely plain, unmarked shipping supplies (standard poly-mailers or cardboard boxes) with a neutral return address. There is no mention of binders, packers, or LGBTQ+ terminology on the outside of the package.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to a wide range of destinations worldwide to ensure our community can access safe, affirming gear no matter where they live. International shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Will I have to pay import duties, customs, or taxes?

Yes, if applicable in your country. Any import duties, customs fees, clearance fees, or local VAT/taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. ANCHRD has zero control over these charges, as they are determined entirely by your local government's customs authorities. We cannot predict what these fees will be, and we cannot mark international packages as a "gift" to avoid them. We highly recommend checking your country’s local customs policies before placing an order so there are no surprises upon arrival.

Gear & Fit

How do I use the ANCHRD packer?

To keep your packer anchored perfectly in place, we recommend wearing them with dedicated packing underwear (which features a built-in inner pouch) or standard underwear with a fly. This ensures the packer sits securely in a pocket-like area and won't shift around during daily movement.

How do I measure for my binder size?

Getting an accurate measurement is crucial for both comfort and safety. Follow these two steps:

  1. Measure your chest: Wrap a tape measure around the fullest/largest part of your chest. Find where this number falls on our size chart.

  2. Measure your shoulder width: Measure straight across the broadest part of your shoulders from joint to joint.

The Golden Rule: Compare both measurements to the chart. If your shoulder width falls into a larger size bracket than your chest measurement, always size up to match your shoulder width. This ensures you can actually get the binder on and off safely without injuring your shoulders.

How do I wash and care for my compression gear and apparel?

To extend the life of your binders and swimwear, we highly recommend that you follow the washing instructions on the label or packaging of the item.

How do pre-orders work, and when will my items ship?

Because we build our garments from scratch using custom technical patterns, we often utilize a pre-order model for new drops. The estimated shipping window is always listed directly on the product listing at the time of purchase. Once the pre-order window closes, production begins, and we will send you tracking updates via email the moment your order leaves our studio.

Where does the money from my purchase go?

ANCHRD is a community-first brand. Proceeds from your purchase don't just fund operations; they directly pay and compensate the independent trans and disabled artists we commission for our designs and products. We are also actively building a future donation program to provide free or subsidized affirming gear to community members facing financial barriers.
