Refund policy

At ANCHRD, we operate on an Exchanges Only policy. We do not offer cash or original-payment refunds.

We offer size exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your item, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed.

  • All original tags must still be attached to the product.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Pre-Order Items Policy

Please note that all pre-ordered items purchased are funds that contribute to the production process of the order. Because of this, pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun. Please utilize our sizing charts carefully before placing a pre-order. Should an exchange be necessary for a different size, please refer to the Exchange Eligibility & Conditions section.

How to Start an Exchange

To start a size exchange, please contact us at support@anchrdwear.com.

If your exchange request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized by support.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at support@anchrdwear.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances, including:

  • Custom products or personalized items.

  • Clearance, sale items, or items purchased using specific promotional holiday discounts.

  • Gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
