Thank you for supporting ANCHRD! Because we are an independent small business, we don't have a giant automated warehouse packing boxes 24/7. Real hands handle every single order with care.
Please take a look at our shipping guidelines below before placing your order:
Processing & Packaging Times (Before It Ships)

In-Stock Items: Please allow 1 to 7 business days for us to print, pack, and process your order before it is handed off to the shipping carrier.

Pre-Order Items: If an item is marked as a "Pre-Order," it is currently in production. Please check the specific product description for estimated shipping timelines.

Note: "Business days" do not include weekends or holidays. We appreciate your patience while we get your gear ready!
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery
Once your order is packed and leaves our hands, shipping speeds depend on the option you choose at checkout. Please select your shipping method carefully.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking number the moment your shipping label is printed. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking link.
Bundled Shipping (In-Stock + Pre-Order Items)
To keep shipping costs as low as possible for you, if your order contains both an in-stock item and a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item finishes production. If you want your in-stock items to arrive sooner, please place two separate orders!
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), the delivery status is unfortunately out of our direct control.

ANCHRD is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If your tracking info says "Delivered" but you don't see your box, we recommend waiting 24 hours (sometimes carriers scan things early), checking with neighbors, or contacting your local post office branch directly.

If your package arrives physically damaged by the carrier, please snap a photo and email us at support@anchrdwear.com right away so we can help you file a claim.
